ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Perform basic repairs: Plumbing, minor leaks, faucets, toilets
Electrical: light fixtures, bulbs, outlets, breakers
Carpentry: doors, locks, trim, hardware
Painting and drywall repairs
Maintain mechanical systems, HVAC and pool equipment
Keep common areas clean
Collect garbage and dispose of in dumpsters three days a week
Perform routine garden maintenance two days a week, weeding, trimming, pruning, edging, and general upkeep of landscape beds
Perform additional landscaping projects as needed, including mulching, fertilizing, planting flowers, shrubs, trees as directed by management
