What you'll do:
- Run 1:1 ABA therapy sessions using individualized treatment plans, under BCBA supervision.
- Collect and record accurate session data.
- Help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills, and work through behavior goals.
- Check in regularly with your supervising BCBA and the clinical team.
- Communicate professionally with caregivers and families.
What you'll need:
- RBT certification, or willingness to get certified — we provide paid training.
- High school diploma required (Associate's or Bachelor's a plus).
- Patience, reliability, and a genuine interest in working with kids and families.
- Reliable transportation
