Our established primary care practice has served the Coachella Valley for 20+ years. Now we're expanding into advanced wellness, body contouring, and aesthetics using BTL technology (EMVITALS, EMSCULPT NEO, EMSELLA, EXOMIND, and more) — and we're looking for a driven Wellness Practice Manager to launch, grow, and own this new line of business.
This is a rare ground-floor opportunity: the patient base, the reputation, and the medical credibility already exist. Your job is to turn that foundation into a thriving wellness and aesthetics destination — and to help us expand into additional functional medicine and aesthetic services over time.
What you'll do
Generate and convert leads
- Develop and work a steady pipeline of new leads through outreach, calls, and follow-up
- Schedule and conduct in-office consultations and live device demos
- Shadow the physician during consultations and close the sale
- Sell treatment packages, memberships, and ongoing maintenance plans
- Manage the business practice website content
Own the patient journey
- Guide patients through pre-procedure prep and post-procedure follow-up
- Build long-term relationships that drive retention, referrals, and repeat visits
Drive marketing and brand
- Market the new wellness line across the practice website, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels
- Capture and produce patient video testimonials, before/after content, and credibility/review content
- Grow our local visibility and online reputation in the Rancho Mirage / Palm Desert area and Coachella Valley
Lead the expansion
- Help launch and scale additional functional medicine and aesthetic service lines
- Bring ideas, systems, and energy to a business that's just getting started
Who we're looking for
- A natural closer who's comfortable selling premium wellness and aesthetic services
- Experience in medical aesthetics, med spa, wellness, or healthcare sales/marketing strongly preferred (BTL device experience a big plus)
- Hands-on with social media and digital marketing — you can shoot, post, and grow an audience
- Organized self-starter who can manage leads, follow-ups, and the full patient lifecycle
- Warm, professional, and credible in front of patients and on camera
- Entrepreneurial mindset — excited to build, not just maintain

Compensation
$25–$35/hour base (DOE) + uncapped commission + performance bonuses. On-target earnings: $90,000–$120,000+. Top performers earn more.
You get a stable hourly base plus commission on product, package, and membership sales, bonuses for converting new-patient consults, and monthly revenue-target bonuses. Full details are provided at the offer stage.
