We are a busy, growing podiatry practice with multiple locations throughout the area. We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and motivated Practice Manager to support our providers and staff, and help ensure an exceptional patient experience across all offices.
Position Summary
The Practice Manager will be responsible for the overall administrative management of our multi-location podiatry practice. The ideal candidate will have prior medical practice management experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to improve efficiency, staff performance, and patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily staff and schedules for multiple practice locations
- Manage and supervise office staff, including Clinical and Clerical staff and Leads.
- Monitor and improve patient flow, scheduling, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and healthcare regulations
- Analyze financial reports to identify opportunities for improvement
- Coordinate with providers to support practice growth and efficiency
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Resolve patient and staff concerns professionally and efficiently
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 3–5 years of medical practice management experience
- Experience managing multiple locations preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical office operations, billing, and insurance processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (ModMed) systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage staff and improve consistency and performance
Preferred:
- Experience in podiatry, orthopedic, or specialty medical practices
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
