In this position, you will be responsible for safely operating a box truck to transport goods, ensuring timely deliveries, and providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities
- Safely operate a 26ft box truck for local and regional deliveries, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Performing PTI and Post-trip inspections
- Load and unload cargo using pallet jack
- Manage route driving efficiently to meet delivery schedules while maintaining safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring deliveries are completed accurately and professionally
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure proper maintenance and safety compliance
- Maintain detailed records of deliveries, mileage logs, and delivery receipts for accountability
Skills
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier with route driving expertise
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Knowledge of commercial driving regulations and safety standards for box trucks
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with moving goods
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
