Virtual Provider – Multi-State Licensed Preferred Contract | Remote | Set Your Own Schedule
At Telegra, we power clinical care for modern health brands across the U.S. Our provider network supports asynchronous and synchronous visits. We specialize in care for weight loss, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), dermatology, sexual health, anti-aging and more!
We’re looking for experienced, multi-state licensed physicians and nurse practitioners (15+ licenses preferred) to join our clinical network. This is a remote, flexible position where you choose when you work and what types of care you support. We’ll match you with opportunities based on your licensure, preferences, and availability.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct asynchronous consultations (and synchronous visits where required by law)
- Review patient histories, evaluate clinical data, and prescribe appropriate treatment plans
- Provide care in accordance with best practices, clinical protocols, and telehealth regulations
- Document all encounters in our proprietary EMR system
- Collaborate with our support team as needed

What We’re Looking For
- Active medical license(s) in the U.S. and Puerto Rico (20+ states preferred)
- Comfortable with asynchronous + synchronous care models
- Experience in telemedicine, particularly DTC health brands, is a plus
- Reliable, responsive, and able to work independently
- Friendly, patient-first mindset

Pay: $120.00 - $180.00 per hour
