About the Role
Crown Staffing is hiring Material Handlers and Production Workers in Madison, IN! We're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced opportunity offering consistent work, long-term potential, and a supportive team environment.
Shifts Available1st Shift
- Monday – Thursday: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (possible overtime on Friday and Saturday)
- OR
- Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (possible overtime during the week and Saturday)2nd Shift
- Monday – Friday: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
- OR
- Monday – Thursday: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Pay
$20.00 – $21.00 per hour
Job Duties Production Worker Responsibilities
- Assemble, package, and inspect products
- Operate machinery and equipment safely
- Meet production and quality goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and company policies
Material Handler Responsibilities
- Move and organize materials safely, both indoors and outdoors
- Load and unload trucks and deliveries
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment
- Use RF scanners and inventory tracking systems
- Perform heavy lifting (50+ lbs.)
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Forklift experience required for Material Handler positions
- Manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
