Housekeeper
Job Summary:
Harborview Pierce County is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team! As a Housekeeper, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean, hygienic, and comfortable environment for our residents. Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and deep cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, and facility hallways to maintain a clean and comfortable environment
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces according to cleaning schedules and protocols
- Replenish supplies such as linens, toiletries, and cleaning products in designated areas
- Dispose of trash and soiled linens appropriately and according to infection control procedures
- Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly to the appropriate department
- Duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Prior housekeeping or custodial experience preferred (healthcare or hospitality setting a plus)
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning tools and procedures is a bonus
