We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our clients team in Coraopolis, PA. Our client is a Civil Engineering firm that's been in business for over 50 years and they're hiring a Land Surveyor with experience working on Pipeline, Commercial/Residential Land Development & Municipal water/sanitary line projects. This is a full time, direct hire position with the starting pay rate of $30.00-$36.00/hour plus medical benefits, 401k and the use of a company vehicle to travel to job sites throughout Allegheny County.
Requirements:
- Experience with GPS, G.I.S. Mapping, data collection, preparation of survey field notes & office calculations
- Experience with topographic surveys, property surveys, ALTA Land Title Surveys, as-built surveys, construction layout for residential & commercial developments, construction stakeout for municipal road, waterline, & sanitary sewer projects, deed & plan research.
- AutoCAD & Civil 3D experience is plus
