We are seeking a passionate and talented Bridal Hair and Makeup Artist to bring beauty, confidence, and joy to our clients on their most special day. Duties
- Collaborate closely with brides to understand their vision and preferences for hair and makeup styles.
- Create personalized bridal hairdos, including intricate updos, braids, curls, and elegant styles tailored to each wedding theme.
- Apply professional makeup techniques to enhance natural beauty, including foundation, contouring and individual and strip lashes.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by properly sterilizing tools and adhering to health regulations throughout all procedures.
- Offer expert advice on color theory and makeup application techniques to ensure long-lasting results suitable for photography and lighting conditions.
- Engage in retail sales by recommending suitable beauty products and upselling additional services to enhance the overall client experience.
- Communicate clearly with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Stay current with the latest trends in bridal fashion, makeup artistry, and hair styling through ongoing education and industry research.
Experience
- Proven experience as a professional makeup artist and hairstylist specializing in bridal looks.
- Demonstrated ability to apply makeup creatively using color theory principles for diverse skin tones and lighting conditions.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to listen attentively and communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience in photography is a plus—understanding how makeup appears on camera helps ensure flawless results in photographs.
- Familiarity with retail sales strategies and upselling techniques to promote beauty products confidently.
