Responsibilities:
- Be the go to support for our Account Executives and Account Managers, keeping projects moving, clients happy, and the team running smoothly.
- Assist with daily tasks and special projects.
- Deliver exceptional service to clients and insurance carriers.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date files in the agency management and document management systems.
- Process a variety of account transactions promptly and accurately.
- Work closely with the team to stay up to date on client accounts, helping to identify potential issues or opportunities.
- Support team members by handling phone and email communications during absences or busy work periods.
- Stay informed about insurance carriers, their products, and industry developments.
- Handle all client and company information with strict confidentiality.
Professional Qualifications
- Education: An associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Experience: Previous experience in the insurance industry, customer service or administrative suppurt is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
- Licensure: Current Nebraska Property & Casualty license is preferred. If you're not licensed, no problem. We will cover the cost of your training and support you in obtaining your license, ideally within your first 90 days of employment.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other software applications, with the ability to quickly learn new programs.
