Bartender/Server
The Well Burger Bar is seeking an experienced Bartender/Server to join our front ofhouse team. This is a part-time position requiring evening, late-night, and weekend availability.
The ideal candidate has experience in both serving and bartending, delivers friendly and attentive service, and works well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We are looking for someone dependable, professional, and comfortable transitioning between bar and dining-room responsibilities as needed.
Responsibilities include:
· Greeting guests and providing friendly, attentive service
· Taking accurate food and beverage orders
· Preparing and serving cocktails, beer, wine, and nonalcoholic beverages
· Entering orders and processing payments through the POS system
· Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately
· Maintaining a clean, organized, and properly stocked bar and service area
· Completing assigned opening and closing duties
· Following responsible alcohol-service and food-safety procedures
· Communicating effectively with coworkers, managers, and kitchen staff
· Supporting the front-of-house team during busy shifts
Qualifications:
· Previous serving and bartending experience preferred
· Strong customer-service and communication skills
· POS and cash-handling experience
· Basic knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and responsible alcohol service
· Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
· Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
· Evening, late-night, and weekend availability required
· Ability to work through closing and complete assigned duties after service
· TIPS certification preferred
