Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and mechanically inclined Junior Electro-Maintenance Technician to join our operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technical high school graduate or early career technician looking to build hands-on experience with advanced manufacturing equipment.
No Specific prior maintenance experience is required. Full training will be provided on the job.
Key Responsibilities:

Preform routine mechanical and electrical maintenance on production equipment.

Assist senior technicians with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of electromechanical components.

Conduct equipment in, preventative maintenance tasks, and cleaning.

Monitor machine performance and escalate issues promptly.

Follow established safety procedures, including lock-out/tag-out.

Document maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Support equipment setup, changeovers, and calibration.

Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S and continuous improvement practices.
Qualifications:
Required:

Technical high school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 2 years of any work experience.

Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in electromechanical systems.

Ability to use basic hand tools and follow technical instructions.

Reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork mindset.
Preferred (not required):

Exposure to industrial machinery, electronics, or mechanical systems.

Basic understanding of electrical safety principles.
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts

Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs.
