What You’ll Do
As a Delivery Associate, you’ll be the face of Amazon in your community, delivering smiles and exceptional customer service every day.
Responsibilities include:
Safely operate a company-provided delivery van
Deliver Amazon packages efficiently and accurately
Use handheld technology for navigation and delivery information
Load and organize packages for your route
Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws
Provide excellent customer service at every stop
Work independently while staying connected to a supportive team

Physical Requirements
This is an active position that requires:
Lifting and carrying packages up to 50 lbs.
Getting in and out of a delivery van throughout the day
Walking, climbing stairs, and navigating driveways
Working outdoors in various weather conditions
Standing, walking, and driving for extended periods

Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
Ability to safely operate a delivery van (GVWR 10,000 lbs. or less)
No delivery experience required—we provide paid training and support your success from day one.
