Job Summary
Overseeing pool techs training and quality of pool visits. Taking all calls from pool techs on a daily basis to support them. Besides a very limited amount of pools on their own route, Tech Manager will also accomplish a daily list of follow-up visits as needed, as well as cleaning newly signed up pool for the first time before the pool being turned over to a pool tech. Ability to work in hot conditions is a must, self starter and self motivation is key.
Duties
- Conduct regular pool cleaning including skimming, vacuuming, brushing walls, and maintaining water chemistry
- Perform routine inspections of pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorination systems.
- Maintain chemical balance by testing water parameters and adjusting chemicals to meet safety standards.
- Follow safety protocols during all maintenance activities to protect yourself and others.
Requirements
- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience in equipment repair or maintenance.
- Familiarity with pool maintenance procedures including cleaning, chemical balancing, and system troubleshooting.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and other maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
- Previous experience as a service technician or in a related maintenance role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills to identify issues quickly.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks comfortably.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report on work completed. This role is perfect for motivated individuals that want to make an impact on pool techs as well as a growing company.

Pay: $800.00 - $900.00 per week
