Position Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: Minnetonka, MN (only local candidates in MN will be considered. Weekly onsite presence required. Possible hybrid schedule after training)
Compensation: $27.00 - $31.25 / Per hour dependent on applicable experience
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday

We're supporting a search for an Accounts Receivable Specialist with a growing organization in the Twin Cities and are looking to connect with experienced AR professionals.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys the collections side of accounts receivable while also supporting cash applications, account reconciliations, and customer account management in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage B2B collections and maintain customer relationships
- Follow up on past-due accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
- Apply cash receipts and reconcile customer accounts
- Research and resolve invoice and billing issues
- Monitor aging reports and support month-end AR activities
- Partner with internal teams to improve collections and cash flow
Qualifications:
- Previous accounts receivable experience with a strong collections background
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
