The Arena Office Assistant is a position that has the following functions: Assisting the ticket office with basic ticket support (printing tickets, customer payments, mobile device help, etc.), Lounge Coordinator (responsible for lounge rentals, which includes showing space to potential clients, preparing contracts and invoicing), Receptionist (answering phones for the ticket office, greeting guests, and coordinating radio calls), and settling concessions operations (reconcile concession transactions after events).
This is a 9 month position (August - April).
