Greater Therapy Centers is seeking a motivated
Full-Time Physical Therapy Technician
to join our busy outpatient clinic in
Forney, TX
. This position is ideal for students pursuing a career in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or other healthcare professions. No experience is required—training will be provided.
Job Summary
The Physical Therapy Technician assists licensed therapists with patient care activities, supports front office operations, and helps maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Current CPR certification preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients, physicians, and team members
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to accurately document information for billing purposes
Computer experience preferred
Responsibilities
Assist therapists with patient treatment activities as directed and within state guidelines
Prepare treatment areas and organize equipment and supplies for patient care
Maintain linen supplies throughout the clinic
Ensure treatment areas and common spaces remain clean, organized, and safe
Monitor supply inventory and notify the supervisor when reordering is needed
Report equipment maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
Provide exceptional customer service to patients and referral sources
Assist the Front Office Coordinator with patient check-in/check-out, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and collecting copayments
Support overall clinic operations and perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director or Administrator
