Responsibilities

- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately for processing transactions.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to assist customers effectively.
- Ensure the sales floor is organized, clean, and stocked with merchandise.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance the shopping experience.
Skills
- Bilingual proficiency is important, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Experience with cash registers and POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist in inventory management and sales analysis.
- Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
