Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Co-Owner and Office Manager to lead our office operations and contribute to the strategic growth of our organization. Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of office management, including scheduling, vendor relations, and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage financial tasks such as bookkeeping, budgeting, payroll processing, and utilizing financial software like QuickBooks to maintain accurate records.
- Supervise staff members by providing training, development opportunities, and ensuring excellent communication through phone etiquette and professional interaction.
- Coordinate event planning activities for company meetings, client events, or community outreach initiatives to promote engagement and visibility.
- Handle human resources responsibilities including onboarding new employees, managing personnel files, and ensuring compliance with employment policies.
- Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically; manage front desk operations including multi-line phone systems and calendar management.
- Cultivate relationships with vendors by managing contracts, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely delivery of supplies and services.
- Support medical or specialized office functions if applicable by overseeing appointment scheduling, patient or client communication, and record keeping.
- Lead team management efforts by fostering a positive work environment focused on teamwork, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Experience
- Proven supervisory experience with a track record of leading teams effectively in an office setting.
- Extensive administrative experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks along with solid bookkeeping and accounting knowledge.
- Experience managing schedules using calendar management tools; handling vendor negotiations; overseeing payroll processes.
- Background in human resources functions including training & development programs and employee relations.
- Familiarity with office technology including multi-line phone systems, front desk operations, filing systems, and general clerical duties.
- Prior experience in medical office management or similar environments is a plus but not required.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
