What You'll Do
As a Patient Services Associate, youll serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing top-tier administrative and operational support.
- Greeting and directing patients with professionalism and warmth
- Scheduling appointments and making reminder calls
- Accurately registering and updating patient information in the EMR system
- Assisting with phone inquiries and triaging calls
- Managing medical records, scanning documents, and ensuring confidentiality
- Supporting compliance with HIPAA and organizational privacy standards
What You'll Bring
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
