What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

Must be able to listen and communicate with what services would best suit client needs.
- Handling high Volume calls inbound/outbound.
- Following up with warm prospects.
- Maintaining accurate records.
Exceed monthly revenue and targets.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

Minimum 1 year of phone sales or retail sales experience. No tax experience required, training is provided as long as you have a drive to learn.

Excellent communication, active listening.
- Resilience and a positive attitude; you view "No" as just a stepping stone to a "Yes."
