They lead by example, working alongside their teams to create meaningful customer connections, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and guide teams to success. We’re looking for dependable Shift Managers who stay focused on our mission helping everyone feel great at work while ensuring our travelers feel great on the move.
A great HMSHost Shift Manager is someone who:
§ Has a passion for hospitality, offering exceptional guest service
§ Leads baristas and shift operations in a fast‑paced, high‑volume Starbucks environment
§ Delivers exceptional customer connection, beverage quality, and brand standards
§ Coaches and supports partners to build a strong, engaged, high‑performing team
§ Maintains store readiness, inventory, and adherence to cash‑handling and food‑safety procedures.
§ Communicates clearly, solves problems quickly, and fosters a positive, inclusive workplace
What we’re looking for:
§ 2+ years food and beverage or customer service experience;
§ 6+ months leadership or shift lead experience (Starbucks experience a plus).
§ Must be able to work in an airport environment (Federal Background Check Clearance required)
