Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client consultations and intakes to deeply understand personality, values, lifestyle, relationship goals, and non-negotiables.
- Create detailed client profiles and develop personalized matching strategies.
- Source, screen, and introduce compatible potential matches with a high degree of discretion and professionalism.
- Provide ongoing date coaching, relationship guidance, and feedback to help clients improve their dating success.
- Manage the full matchmaking process from initial consultation through successful match and beyond.
- Maintain clear, consistent, and professional communication with clients throughout their journey.
- Build and nurture a strong network of quality singles through referrals, events, and strategic outreach.
- Track match outcomes, gather feedback, and continuously refine matching approaches for better results.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, ethics, and professionalism at all times.
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of proven professional matchmaking experience (agency or independent).
- Demonstrated track record of successful matches and high client satisfaction.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly and communicate with warmth and clarity.
- Excellent intuition combined with a structured, process-driven approach to matching.
- Experience conducting client interviews, creating profiles, and managing the matching pipeline.
- Comfortable providing constructive coaching around dating skills, communication, and relationship readiness.
- Highly organized, discreet, and detail-oriented.
- Passion for helping people find lasting love and a genuine belief in the power of intentional matchmaking.
