Position Overview
The Accounts Payable Supervisor, Hybrid will lead the day-to-day AP operations across multiple manufacturing locations. This role is responsible for overseeing invoice processing, ensuring timely payments, supporting audits, and driving process improvements while managing and developing a team.
Key Responsibilities-
Supervise and mentor AP team members, including workload distribution and performance management

Oversee full-cycle accounts payable across multiple locations

Manage high-volume invoice processing, 3-way matching, and coding accuracy

Coordinate weekly payment runs (ACH, wire, checks)

Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments and resolve escalations

Review and reconcile AP accounts, vendor statements, and aging reports

Support month-end close and audit requests

Partner with plant controllers, procurement, and finance teams across sites

Maintain and improve AP processes, controls, and efficiency initiatives

Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls

Assist with coverage during high-volume periods or team absences
Qualifications-
5+ years of accounts payable experience (manufacturing environment required)

1-3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience

Multi-site AP experience required

Strong understanding of full-cycle AP processes and internal controls

Experience with large ERP systems (SAP, QAD, Oracle, etc.)

Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills-
Experience supporting audits (internal and external)

Process improvement mindset with ability to streamline workflows

Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration
Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
