Are you a Registered Nurse looking to transition away from bedside nursing while utilizing your clinical skills to drive medical innovation?
We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Research Nurse (1099 Contractor) to join our growing team in Nashville, TN. This position is designed for an experienced RN who thrives on accuracy, patient education, and protocol compliance.
What You’ll Do (1099 Contract):
- Participant Care: Screen, enroll, and monitor study subjects according to GCP (Good Clinical Practice) guidelines.
- Protocol Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to study protocols, regulatory requirements, and documentation standards.
- Lab Processing: Perform laboratory processing of samples, including phlebotomy, specimen handling, and storage/shipment preparation.
- Data Management: Accurately collect, record, and report clinical data.
Qualifications:
- License: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee (or compact).
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of clinical nursing experience.
- Expertise: Previous research experience is a plus, but not required (hospital experience is highly valued).
- Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Status: Must operate as an independent contractor, providing own liability insurance and managing own tax obligations.
