We're looking for energetic, friendly, and dependable Front of House Team Members to join our newest location at Oxbow Public Market in Napa.

What You'll Do
- Deliver warm, genuine hospitality to every guest.
- Take customer orders and operate our POS system.
- Prepare and serve coffee and espresso beverages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment.
- Restock products and assist with opening and closing duties.
- Work collaboratively with both Front and Back of House teams.
- Help create a positive and upbeat atmosphere for guests and teammates.
What We're Looking For
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
- A positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a team-first mindset.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organization and multitasking skills.
- Previous café, bakery, restaurant, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred.
