Job Overview
Opening for full time or part-time nurse AM and PM shifts. Position is available to RN or LPN. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in residents lives through skilled nursing practices and collaborative teamwork.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews to inform personalized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians to coordinate diagnostic evaluations and treatment strategies.
- Educate residents and families on health management topics including medication administration, nutrition, discharge planning, and chronic disease management.
Skills
- Proven experience working with diverse populations including geriatric patients, individuals with disabilities, or those requiring specialized dementia or memory care.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment.
- Excellent caregiver communication skills paired with a thorough understanding of infection control practices and long-term care regulations.
