About the Role
As a Lead Warehouse Logistics Specialist, you will serve as a critical link in our supply chain, ensuring the seamless flow of materials from intake to final shipment. You will leverage your expertise in inventory management and RF scanning technology to drive operational efficiency and support our production goals.
Responsibilities-
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of inventory, including receiving, verification, and logging using RF handheld scanners and ERP systems.

Optimize stock accuracy by performing regular cycle counts and verifying part numbers to ensure data integrity.

Streamline the fulfillment process by preparing, packing, and labeling shipments to meet strict delivery timelines.

Support manufacturing throughput by maintaining Kanban bin replenishment systems across production cells.

Coordinate the movement of materials for order fulfillment and scrap processing to keep the warehouse organized.

Ensure all shipping documentation, such as packing slips and bills of lading, is precise and compliant with logistics standards.

Promote a culture of safety and organization by maintaining a clean, hazard-free work environment.
Qualifications-
Proven experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in ERP inventory management software, such as Oracle NetSuite.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately document and track material movement.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Prior certification or hands-on experience operating a forklift.

Background in supply chain logistics or inventory control.

Demonstrated ability to adapt to new processes and cross-train in multiple warehouse functions.
