We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient service.
- Serve food and drinks with enthusiasm, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
- Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations, upsell menu items, and enhance their overall experience.
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering processes, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including bar setup, dining tables, and workstations.
- Follow all food safety protocols, proper food handling procedures, and alcohol service regulations to ensure guest safety.
- Collaborate with team members during busy periods such as nightclub events or banquet functions to deliver seamless service.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order processing.
- Experience working in nightlife venues or catering events is advantageous.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift supplies as needed, and work flexible hours including nights and weekends. Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
