Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute all kitchen operations
- Prepare and execute weekday lunch service
- Lead culinary execution for private events, special events, catering, and weddings
- Manage ordering, inventory, and food costs
- Supervise and support kitchen staff
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 Years Previous chef or kitchen leadership experience
- Banquet, catering, restaurant, or country club experience
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Passion for hospitality and exceptional food
Full-Time Position
- $60,000–$75,000 per year, based on experience
- Medical contribution available
