Kitting & Assembly Operations Lead (no experience needed for right person)

Are you a highly organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Due to an exciting internal promotion and business expansion, Weave Got Maille is looking for a detail-oriented team player to lead our Kitting Department.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Operations: Take full ownership of the Kitting Department while collaborating with and supporting other departments.
- Manage Workflow: Oversee the complete assembly of our craft kits and maintain clear communication with manufacturing to ensure production stays ahead of schedule.
- Maintain Quality & Order Fulfillment: Ensure every order is accurately filled and meets our high quality-control standards before shipping.

Position Details & Perks
- Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (No nights or weekends!)
- Compensation: Starting at $22.00+ / hour (commensurate with experience)
