Regional Educational Partnerships Director

Position Overview
The Director is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving enrollment growth, community visibility, and school partnerships across multiple Huntington Learning Center locations. This role is externally focused and relationship-driven, serving as the face of the organization within school districts, schools, community networks, and local businesses.
The ideal candidate is an energetic, self-motivated leader who thrives on building meaningful relationships, executing strategic outreach, and owning results. This is a “buck stops here” role—accountable for community engagement, partnership development, and top-of-funnel growth. This position reports directly to the CEO and provides direction/leadership to multiple center locations leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local school districts, schools, administrators, counselors, and teachers
- Represent Huntington Learning Center at school meetings, events, and academic forums
- Attend and contribute to IEP and 504 meetings (with appropriate parent authorization)
- Position Huntington as a trusted academic partner for intervention, enrichment, and test prep
- Develop referral pipelines through consistent, value-driven engagement
Community & Event Leadership
- Plan, organize, and execute school-based and community events
- Represent the organization at Chamber of Commerce events, networking groups, and community functions
- Identify and secure sponsorship and partnership opportunities within the community
- Coordinate and lead outreach campaigns tied to seasonal academic needs (HSPT, SAT/ACT, summer programs, etc.)
Local Business Development
- Establish relationships with local merchants, pediatricians, family service providers, and community organizations
- Create cross-promotional opportunities to increase brand awareness and lead generation
- Build a strong local presence through consistent in-person outreach and follow-up
Marketing & Growth Strategy
- Develop and execute localized marketing plans aligned with enrollment goals
- Analyze lead sources, conversion metrics, and community engagement ROI
- Collaborate with center teams to ensure seamless transition from inquiry to enrollment
- Identify new growth opportunities within each market
Multi-Unit Leadership
- Support multiple centers in achieving enrollment and revenue targets
- Ensure consistency in outreach strategy and brand representation across locations
- Provide coaching and accountability to center teams on community engagement efforts
- Report on partnership activity, pipeline development, and growth performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Education, Business, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in education, community outreach, business development, or multi-unit leadership
- Strong understanding of K–12 education systems, including IEP/504 processes
- Proven track record of building partnerships and driving measurable growth
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
