We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Bilingual Team Lead to oversee daily fulfillment center operations in a fast-paced logistics environment in
Mahwah, NJ 07495. This role is responsible for leading a team of associates, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and supporting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Contract-to-Hire
Schedule
- 8 am - 6:30 pm, 10-hour shifts: Sunday through Wednesday
- 7:30 am - 8 pm, 12-hour shifts: Thursday through Saturday
- Overtime may be required based on business needs
Compensation
- $22 – $23 per hour
- Overtime eligible
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of 10–12 fulfillment associates during assigned shifts
- Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed accurately and on time
- Monitor productivity, quality, and safety standards across operations
- Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance
- Support pick, pack, and general warehouse fulfillment operations
- Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate when necessary
- Maintain compliance with company policies and warehouse procedures
- Collaborate with supervisors and management to meet daily and weekly targets
Requirements
- 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment experience preferred
- Prior leadership or team lead experience required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team of 10–12 employees
- Experience with pick/pack operations in a warehouse environment
- Ability to perform basic physical warehouse requirements (standing, walking, lifting as needed)
- Ability to work overtime when required
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-volume e-commerce or distribution environments
- Familiarity with warehouse systems and handheld scanners
- Strong problem-solving and team management skills
