Located in the heart of Wentzville, MO our award-winning Crisis Nursery is dedicated to supporting families, particularly children, during times of crisis. Our team of Child Specialists is expertly trained by Licensed Professional Counselors, Social Workers, and Art and Play Therapists to provide top-notch care.
We’re looking for compassionate individuals who want to make a meaningful impact in the lives of families facing life’s toughest challenges. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
Pay & Benefits:
- Base rate starting at $17 per hour
- $1 differential for all evening hours worked
- Higher starting wage based on college education, certifications (CNA, CMT, etc.), and additional years of child care experience
- Minimum requirements: High School Diploma/GED and at least 21 years old
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, nurturing care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development
- Assist with daily routines, including meal preparation, hygiene, and bedtime
- Monitor and document children’s behavior and progress, addressing any concerns with parents or guardians
- Maintain a clean, organized environment conducive to play and learning

- Full-Time Tuesday to Saturday 7am -3pm
