Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Cabinet Finisher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying finishes, coatings, and paint to cabinetry components, ensuring they meet our strict quality standards. Your expertise will help bring our custom designs to life with flawless finishes that enhance the beauty and durability of each piece.
Duties
- Prepare cabinet surfaces through sanding, cleaning, and surface preparation techniques suitable for painting and coating applications
- Operate spray guns, airless paint sprayers, and conventional spraying equipment to apply finishes accurately and efficiently
- Use hand tools and power tools for assembly, finishing, and touch-up work to achieve a smooth, professional surface
- Interpret production documents and specifications to ensure proper application of materials and finishes according to project requirements
- Conduct visual color comparisons and quality inspections to ensure consistency with design standards
- Maintain a clean work environment by following lean manufacturing principles and proper materials handling procedures
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cabinet finishing or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of various finishing techniques and materials.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with cabinet installation process is a plus.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to finishing processes
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a frequent basis.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
