As a Recruiter at Wegmans you will source, interview, and hire the best fit and most qualified candidates by executing our talent sourcing strategy. In this role you will use a variety of tactics to deliver the best talent, create and manage requisitions in our applicant tracking system, and provide a positive and efficient candidate experience. What will I do?

Source diverse and qualified candidates to fill open positions

Work closely with leadership, HR Partners and recruitment team to forecast needs, assess requirements and execute staffing plans

Maintain knowledge of industry trends, and efficiently leverage multiple tactics and innovative sourcing techniques

Coordinate efficient communication and logistics throughout hiring process to meet performance goals
Required Qualifications:

1 or more years of work experience or a college degree

Experience working in a retail and/or customer service based setting
