Key Responsibilities
- Installation & Repair: Dismount, mount, and balance tires for a variety of passenger vehicles. Repair punctures and replace faulty valves as needed.
- Maintenance: Perform routine tire rotations and reset Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS).
- Inspections: Conduct thorough assessments of tire tread levels, wear patterns, and overall health to recommend appropriate services to customers.
- Safety & Organization: Follow all shop safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace to prevent accidents.
- Customer Service: Pocess a willingness to show through action that the customer’s time, safety and satisfaction, as well as their property are our number one concern.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in a tire or automotive shop is preferred, but we will train candidates with the right attitude.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs. regularly and work in a physically demanding environment (standing, bending, and crouching).
- License: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and communication abilities.
