A highly respected International Firm has several openings throughout the United States for Senior Business Immigration Paralegals with at least 4 years of experience. The opening includes Florida, Georgia, Texas, Massachusetts, New York Metro area, California, Illinois, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and D.C.
Paralegal duties and responsibilities
- Strong background in PERM, EB 1, I-140s, and I-485s. Must be able to identify potential issues arising in EB-2 and EB-3 cases.
- Background in H-1B, L-1, E-3, and TNs is preferred. Those with both NIV and IV experience will be considered first.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Excellent Corporate client contact.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and have excellent follow-through skills.
- Must be able to multi-task and work independently.
- Ability to work well under pressure and work effectively and with clients, attorneys, and staff.

- Excellent communication skills, both oral and writing
- Direct client contact
- Preparing and filing non-immigrant visa petitions and green cards
