The Landscape Foreman will be responsible for leading a crew in the Philadelphia Main Line area, overseeing daily operations on job sites, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a landscape crew on-site
- Communicate directly with customers and address any concerns or issues
- Plan, organize, and set up job sites for daily operations
- Order materials and ensure proper inventory for projects
- Maintain quality control and ensure work meets company standards
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of landscaping experience
- Valid, clean driver’s license
- Strong references from previous employers
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage job sites
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; bilingual a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting salary of $75,000 per year
