Responsibilities
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers through regular communication, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed effectively.
- Manage customer onboarding processes, guiding new clients through setup and training to ensure smooth adoption of our SaaS platform.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services by understanding client goals and demonstrating the value of additional features or products.
- Conduct analysis of customer data to provide insights that support account growth and retention strategies.
- Assist in resolving customer issues promptly by providing exceptional customer service and coordinating with technical support when necessary.
- Qualifications
- Native or fluent English speaker
- Tech savvy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience as a CSM or in SaaS support is required
- Familiarity with gaming and proficiency in platforms such as Steam, Discord, and Reddit are significant advantages
- Full-time Remote contractor (invoice required)
