The Concierge Floater position is a flexible role where you will work at different luxury residential buildings throughout the Miami and Fort Lauderdale areas. As a Floater, you are not assigned to just one property; instead, you will help cover different locations based on operational needs.
The position offers a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, overnights, weekdays, and weekends, depending on both company needs and your availability.

What You'll Do
- Welcome residents and guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.
- Assist with deliveries, inquiries, and daily requests to ensure a seamless resident experience.
- Maintain a secure, organized, and welcoming lobby environment.
- Provide support across multiple properties as a Floater Concierge, adapting quickly to each location's needs.
