Work Schedule: Monday through Friday with overtime, rotating on-call responsibilities, and seasonal flexibility as business needs require

We are looking for an HVAC Service Technician Trainee who is ready to begin a long-term career in the heating and cooling industry. As an HVAC Service Technician Trainee, you will work alongside experienced technicians while learning how to inspect, maintain, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems. Every day provides an opportunity to build technical knowledge while developing the communication skills needed to deliver outstanding customer service.
Assist senior technicians during maintenance visits and service calls
Perform routine inspections and seasonal system tune-ups
Learn diagnostic procedures for heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
Help service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini split systems, and indoor air quality products
Gain experience with electrical testing, airflow analysis, refrigeration fundamentals, and equipment performance evaluations
Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
Communicate professionally with homeowners during appointments
Keep company vehicles, tools, and work areas clean and organized
Follow company safety procedures and manufacturer recommendations
Participate in ongoing technical and customer service training
Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn a skilled trade
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Positive attitude with a willingness to accept coaching
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift equipment and perform physical work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor conditions
Comfortable using hand tools or willing to learn
The following experience is helpful but not required:
