We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Juicer to join our vibrant café team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving fresh juices, smoothies, and other beverages while ensuring a high standard of food safety and customer service. This role requires a passion for healthy living and an ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of fresh juices and smoothies according to established recipes.
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations.
- Operate juicing equipment and maintain cleanliness of workstations.
- Assist customers with menu selections and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the Clover POS system.
- Maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations during peak hours.
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns promptly.
Skills
- Strong food handling skills with an understanding of food safety practices.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Experience with Clover POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred.
- Background in food service or café environments is advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely preparation of orders.
- Ability to prepare various food items while maintaining quality standards.
- Strong sales skills to promote beverages and upsell menu items effectively.
- A passion for coffee and beverage preparation is a plus.
