The ideal candidate should have proven experience with:
- Semiconductor facilities such as Intel, TSMC, Micron, GlobalWafers, Texas Instruments, or similar advanced manufacturing environments.
- Orbital welding quality requirements and documentation.
- Cleanroom quality control standards and inspections.
- Complete turnover package development and management.
- Weld traceability and documentation.
- Material traceability and MTR verification.
- Weld maps, spool tracking, and weld logs.
- Isometric drawing review and document control.
- WPS/PQR documentation and welding procedure compliance.
- QA/QC inspection processes throughout fabrication and installation.
- Pressure testing, leak testing, flushing, cleaning, and system turnover documentation.
- Owner specifications and quality standards for semiconductor projects.
- Coordination with client quality teams and successful audits.
- NCR management, punch lists, corrective actions, and closeout.
- Working knowledge of ultra-high purity (UHP) process piping and cleanroom installation practices is highly preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
