What you’ll do
- Spotless care: Clean and sanitize kennels, runs, crates, and common areas—inside and out.
- Daily essentials: Prep meals, feed, administer meds, and record weights & treatments in PetExec.
- Wellness checks: Observe behavior, note health concerns, and keep every dog calm and comfortable.
- Enrichment & exercise: Supervise yard play, individual walks, and basic handling and training.
- Client service: Greet owners at drop‑off/pick‑up and represent QK’s professional, caring culture.
- Team support: Assist all staff members, trainers and groomers; follow all SOPs and safety guidelines.
What we’re looking for
- Genuine passion for dogs and a commitment to their wellbeing.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and stellar attendance.
- Ability to stand, bend, crawl, and lift 50 lbs—rain, snow, or shine.
- Solid communication and teamwork skills; comfortable speaking with clients.
- Eager to learn training tools and canine body‑language basics.
- Animal‑care experience a plus—but we’ll train the right candidate.
- Reliable transportation and availability for scheduled shifts, including holidays.
