Magnolia Boutique & Gallery – Kahala Mall
Magnolia Boutique & Gallery is a thoughtfully curated art gallery and lifestyle boutique located in Kahala Mall. For more than 15 years, we have proudly represented over 100 Hawaiʻi artists while offering an elevated collection of artwork, home décor, jewelry, gifts, books, children's items, and specialty products. We are a locally owned, woman-owned business known for exceptional customer service, beautiful merchandising, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
We are currently seeking one dependable Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team.
This position is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, appreciates beautiful products, and takes pride in creating an outstanding customer experience. We are looking for someone who is professional, collaborative, attentive, and able to work independently while contributing positively to a small team.
Availability Required:
- Monday: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Tuesday: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

What You'll Do
- Welcome every customer with warmth, professionalism, and genuine attentiveness.
- Listen carefully to each customer's needs and help them discover artwork and gifts that are the right fit for their style, occasion, and budget.
- Process sales accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Receive, tag, organize, and restock merchandise.
- Maintain beautiful displays and ensure the sales floor reflects Magnolia's high standards.
- Stay productive during quieter periods by straightening, replenishing inventory, and completing operational tasks.
- Work respectfully and collaboratively with fellow team members to create a seamless customer experience.

- Appreciates Hawaiʻi art, local makers, and thoughtfully curated merchandise.
- Is coachable, receptive to feedback, and eager to continue learning.
Retail experience is helpful, but we are equally interested in finding someone with maturity, excellent people skills, and a positive attitude.
