Overview
Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Rubber Molding Press Operator and be a vital part of producing high-quality rubber components. You will operate and monitor rubber molding presses, ensuring precision and safety at every step. Your expertise will help us maintain efficient production processes while adhering to strict quality standards.
Duties
- Set up, operate, and monitor rubber molding presses.
- Conduct routine inspections of molded parts.
- Perform quality control checks throughout the manufacturing process, identifying and addressing defects or inconsistencies promptly.
- Maintain safety protocols by adhering to all safety procedures.
- Manage materials handling tasks including preparing raw materials, loading raw materials into molds and removing finished products.
- Support pre and post molding processes when necessary.
Experience
- Previous experience in rubber or plastics processing is preferred but not required.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and/or experience around industrial equipment troubleshooting is also preferred.
- Ability to perform quality inspections.
- Basic math skills are required for calculations related to measurements and machine settings.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and safety protocols ensures efficient and safe operations.
- Understanding of materials handling procedures.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
