Overview
Oversee daily site operations and coordinate construction crews to ensure projects are completed on time and according to plans and specifications.
Duties
- Supervise daily construction site operations, ensuring work progresses according to project plans and schedules
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to align project timelines
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings to guide onsite activities
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements
- Monitor crew productivity and address onsite issues as they arise
- Operation of skidsteer, dozer and backhoe a plus
Experience
- Previous supervisory experience in construction projects preferred
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadline
- Heavy equipment operation
