Lead and supervise tree care and landscaping crews to ensure efficient, high-quality work on all job sites

Operate and oversee the use of tree care and landscaping equipment

Ensure proper maintenance and safe operation of tools, vehicles, and equipment

Communicate effectively with clients to address job site concerns and ensure satisfaction

Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards

Minimum of 2 years of experience leading a tree care or landscape crew

Strong knowledge of tree care, landscaping practices, and equipment operation

Valid drivers license required; CDL is a plus

ISA Certification or other industry credentials are a plus
